Earning residents' trust is important to the success of any Village, and since our Village relies on the Internet as a communication medium, it is crucial.

Since the vast majority of our resident interaction is conducted over the Internet we must instill a high level of confidence that the sensitive information required to e-mail and process payments will not be accessible to third parties.

Being an Internet-enabled Village, you must be able to trust our Internet-based services. Residents must feel comfortable, revealing extremely sensitive information to us on-line. We must be able to ensure that information is transmitted from the applicant's browser, to our server with a minimal chance of snooping. And when someone does trust us with information, we must ensure that the information does not leave us either willingly, or by force.

If your original payment was made by credit card, the period of ninety (90) days will begin from the transaction processing date. If payment was made by check, the period of ninety (90) days will begin from the date the check was written. We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time.
